Simply apply some oil all over your body and massage it well for a minute or two. The oil will quickly get absorbed into the skin and won't stain your clothes.
Apply a layer of honey on the dry patches of your skin, leave it on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.
Aloe vera gel
You can use aloe vera gel on your dry skin. Gently rub it on the affected area and let it sit for 10-12 minutes before you wash it off with warm water.
Milk or buttermilk
You can generously apply either of these options to your dry skin. Keep it on for 10-15 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.
Use mashed avocado to apply on the dry patches of your skin and let it sit for 10 minutes before you wash it off with warm water.
Shave the cocoa butter and rub it nicely into the skin. The butter will slowly melt with friction and spread over your skin. You can leave it on without any rinse.
You can blend a cucumber to make a puree out of it. Heat the paraffin wax in the microwave for 90 seconds to melt it. Add the carrier oil and cucumber juice to the mix and use it to moisturise your skin.
You can also make use of mango butter to hydrate your skin. Apply the butter all over your skin and massage it well. You can leave it on if you feel like it.
Take a small dollop of shea butter and rub it in between your hands to melt it. Apply it all over the affected area, massage it in for a few minutes and let your skin absorb it.
